During the period of around 40 minutes proceedings, Solicitor General explained the case but, according to information, he was not well conversant of the case and as such sought more time. And the court allowed SG 3 week time and the next hearing (may be the final hearing) will be on 22nd September.

  4. They are sir, more then 500 hundred varrious issued by them but till date they have no one success. So this Association have no chance to progress our ldc Udc salary & other issue. Give up the associatio on sport that time. Boss

  14. SG sir, please speak the fact in front of the Court rather than egoistic bureaucratic appeal in the Court. This is the hope of thousands of OCs who are deprived of promotions and ACP due to ill/malicious/vicious Modified (Fate turned to worst) assured(?) career progression.

    The matter was listed on 22.09.2017 but not taken for hearing . please intimate the present status of the case. In this matter what action taken of our concerned advocate for further hearing of the matter. Kindly be consulted with the concerned advocate for immediate hearing please. Sir

  18. lets time to change the procedure of hearing time. Hon'able judge or system should realize the problem we are suffering from this anomaly. We should write letter to our Law minister regarding delay and the issues.
