  4. DOP&T issued an OM No.22034/04/2013-Estt.(D) dated 17.05.2016 on Subject
    "References/Representations/Court Cases in various Ministries/Departments/
    Organisations for grant of MACPS benefits in the promotional hierarchy". In this OM, DOP&T attached latest CAT judgment delivered by Kolkata Bench of CAT.

  5. Jab employee ko MACP ke sambhandh me Promotional hierachy Judgement mila Tha tab Govt. So. rahi thi ush time order kenue nahi Nikala. Govt. employee ko peresan kar rahi hai. Govt. sambhidhan ka ulaghan kar rahi hai samanta ke adhikar ka. gishka asar official work per raha hai. employee ko kam karne ki ichha nahi karti hai. Kenuki Govt. Manseek partharna de rahi hai.

  6. It is learnt that some other cases has been clubbed with this case. Whether it is good sign or not? anybody may kindly clarify.

    1. all the central government employees association should press the demands separately to the PMO explaining the injustice to the lower class of employees who neither got promotion nor MACP on promotional hierarchy whereas upper class of employees have good promotion channel on time bound basis.

  7. Sabhi union k heads achcha kamate haye. ... unhe koi farq nahi parta. ... table k niche aur upar se mast kamate haye Yeh log aur hame murkh banate haye... maine union ko chanda dena chor diya. .. aplog bhi mat dijiye
