  6. It clearly shows the politics involved by Govt. advocates and also 100% failure on the part of our Advocates. Where is the steering committee?

  7. We have to appreciate the people those who are bringing the MACP issue up to the level of Supreme Court. But at the same time various other Major Unions/Associations’ active leaders/members would have extend their cordial support by way of moral/financial/ influential way within their available source. Prolonged delay in Supreme Court means the said leaders/members are not giving top priority to this issue. My humble request is that they must do something immediately for speedy and positive award from Supreme Court in favor of suffered govt. employees.

  10. DOPT has issued OM on 01.03.2016 dismissing promotional hierarchy citing CAT Hyderabad order. Why is DOPT silent about OA No. 904/2012, Sanjay Kumar & Others Vs. Secretary, ministry of Defence, wherein the Tribunal vide Order dated 26.11.2012 had granted upgradation under MACP in the next higher promotional post in the hierarchy of posts in that cadre instead of the Grade Pay in the hierarchy of Grade Pays. This order was bases on Hon'ble HC Punjab & Haryana in CWP No. 19387 decided on 19.10.11, which was challenged in SLP No. 7467/2013 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court had dismissed the siad SLP.

    1. The Govt will always take favourable orders only to defend their side. the Govt isalso playing many tactics in delaying the judgement and also trying for positive judgment for them. So let us wait for SC judgement on our favour which is binding on everybody. Let us hope for justice..........
