We are very thankful for your fast track updating. It is clear that the apex court has also taken Rajni kanda deka case 18227/2015 and proceed with that itself. That is the reason for delay. However, Transfer petition No.373 and 377 of 2015 are also listed on 9/10/2015, If court admit and allow for transfer both the cases it may take some time. But Mr.Sanjay Kumar (case No. TP(C) 377)is also our steering committee member can act suitably to avoid further delay for the sake our working fraternity. It may also be noted that, his case No.WP(C)4662/2013 is also listed before High Court of New Delhi on 9/10/2015. Convener Sir, please keep in touch with all of these points. As I already requested once again my humble request and appeal to all the affected persons are please dont file any more fresh cases in any Forum becasue it will definitely affected the ongoing process. If the Apex court issues an order it will be effected to all the affected persons. Now it is very clear that on 14.09.2015 itself our case could have been won. But due to fresh case 18227/2015 it was simply and silly adjourned for one more month. There will be no end if the affected persons are filing more and more cases. At least consult Shri Pillaiji before filing any appeal.
