  4. The Atomic Energy Employees Federation has filed intervention petition. It is an extraordinary effort and our CG working staff community are very grateful for he same. But Mr.T.K.R.Pillaiji, what we are eagerly expecting is the intervention by our steering committee. Our steering commitee member Sriman Sanjaikumarji has also filed T.P in apex court (T.P.373/2014) and another T.P. is also there T.P.373/2014. But all these moves are going as individual efforts.
Please kindly en-light us the latest stand of our steering committee and and enumerate the actions of our steering committee. Thanking you.

  5. Whenever the case win by staff side the govt. side used to say that the judgement pertains to the individual only. It will not be taken for implementing in the cases of similarly placed C.G employees. If govt. side take such a stand it will lead to an awkward position of knocking the doors of court by every employee. We request that steering committee may take effective action to overcome tnis hurdle.
