In the meanwhile MACP on promotional hierarchy case filed by Mr.Sanjeev Kumar in Delhi high court, CASE NO. W.P.(C) 4662 OF 2013 is to come up on 5th Jan 2015 for hearing.
ReplyDeletePlease contact the lawyers of SLP and they may disclose the reason behind non listing of SLPs 22181,23333,23335.
The W.P.(C) No.4662 of 2013 is to be listed on 5th February,2015 in High Court of Delhi and not on 5th January,2015 as stated above.

ReplyDeleteAs representative of DoPT has not attended the hearing dt 27-01-2014, in the appeal of Someswar Goswami & 8 others Vs Union of India, CAT/Kolkata has issued final notice to DoPT to attend CAT/Kolkata in next date of March 2015.
