Up gradation of Grade Pay of LDC & UDC

Dear friends,
It has seen that several of the Associations, representing the LDC & UDC are not serious towards the demand for upgradation of grade pay of LDC & UDC. Pay Commission has organized several meetings in various cities so far where also according to reports no serious efforts have been made to bring this issues before the commission in its own importance. Some Employees, who have noted this lapse, have intimated this Association and stressed to put up the issue it own importance.

All the Associations, representing the LDC & UDC especially the Associations of Administrative Staff in various Department are requested to give due importance to the issue so that 7th Pay Commission may consider upgraded pay scale to LDC & UDC.

  2. Sir
Plz dont let the matter go to dustbin. You are our only hope. The pay commission must realize the issue.

In this matter, i am to raise one concern. Nowadays There is lack of enthusiasm seen in the clerical staff because the over delay in decision in the most genuine and needy case. This has to be accepted. We poor LDCs are struggling for a decade now. How much to wait for decisiin from govt. In such kind of genuine issue.

Anyhow, you are our last hope. So please sir, we know, time is testing tough on us.

Last but not the least, it my heart which repeatedly shouts that justice will be done to us.

    Thanking you,

    Yours sincerely

    4. Thanks Mr. Abhijit Biswas. We all know that injustice has been done with us. Therafter, huze delay in correcting the decision is also another injustice to us.

Even though few state govt have already found the anomaly and corrected themselves but unfortunately it appears that our centre govt is yet to find any anomaly in ldc - udc pay scale. Its really strange but we all are struggling enough for this.

Now, 7th cpc will follow the centre and do hardly anything for us. All we can do is go to office, our boss will treat like substitute of MTS and do whatever he wants. The boss will take quality work from ldc-udc but will recognise you as substitute of MTS because of pay similarity between MTS and LDCs.

My statement comes in lieu of my personal experiences. I dont intend to hurt anyone feeling.

Friends if you also experienced same behaviour in office and want a change then Lets us unite together and represent our views directly to govt by fax/sms/twitter/facebook/letters etc so the govt might realize the gravity of issue and may be there a chance that our pay got upgraded to 2400/- and 4200/- for ldc and udc's respectively.

      Thanks.

  5. I am requesting all my ldc-udc fellowmates to avoid passing loose comments on ldc-udc issue. This is the one case which can decide our status officially even also socially. This decision will also decide the future of our childs career.

So my friends, render your efforts in posetive way and let the higher authorities know what can the backbone of administration and esstablishment can do, if they were ignored in such manner.

So, lets fight for justice. We all deserve the best and we cant tolerate any more partiality.

    Thanks to all.

  7. According to duties assigned to LDCs they deserve Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-. For example I am an LDC and the in-charge of a whole division which is actually to be handled by as person with 4200/- grade pay. Further even my Officer Commanding was once shocked looking at my pay slip. He said the same duties in other departments allocated to a person drawing 30-33 thousand pm salary.

  8. Sir please also ask the AIMESAC&MSA association of MES to give importance to this serious issues. They are also well aware of the pathetic condition of LDCs and UDCs in MES. No appropriate grade pay. No promotional avenues nothing. A person gets promoted from LDC to UDC after 25 years and then retires within 6 months after getting promoted to Asst. All administrative posts are occupied by Engineer Officers. Further the association hasn't been successful in passing cadre review i mean the very first cadre review which was initiated 15 years ago.
