on the LDC-UDC issue- case filed by the All India Association of Administrative
Staff (Non Gazetted), MoS&PI & Anr, at CAT Jabalpur- has been postponed
to 21st August 2014.
sir.please talk to new finance minister nd prime minister regarding ldc and udc matter or it will never change even sir we must do indefinite strike for our demand
Sir, I think this problem can not be solve. date pe date it is the style of ignore the genuine demand, but I think if they are not interest to solve this demand then they should refuse because this case already too late and everyone is eagerly waiting for sweet result. Sir I really thank you for present our case before the CAT and Govt.
sir we want indefinite strike till our demands are fulifill all ldc and udc caders are with you now we must move forward .. now or never all ldc and udc especially in jharkhand,bihar,and kolkata all r wating for ur positve response for your strike
Dear Pillai Sir and dear LDC/UDC friends, The long pending demand of the LDC/UDC for increase of the Grade Pay according to the Qualification, nature, quality and quantity of duties is a genuine case, which nobody believing in justice can turn down. Only a small amount of Government money is spent for this, (about Rs.500/-) which will make the LDCs/UDCs happy. In comparison to the huge amount of Govt money spent for Five Star facilities and Flight journeys of the higher level officers, only less than 1% will be used for this good purpose. You may imagine, the Govt. is spending huge amount of money on these facilities in addition to the misusing of Govt vehicles, electricity and power by these higher level officers even after getting a monthly salary of above Rs. One lakh. Whereas a LDC is getting only below Rs.20,000/- as monthly remuneration
Hence, we should unite and bring these matters to the Financial Minister and Prime Minister.
sir, we were eagerly waiting for a positive result, we are disappointed, seeing the hearing postponed to 21st AUG, what is the reason sir, we will unite together and fight, and go for indefinite strike, when the files are pending, action not taken, then they will come to know about the LDC/UDCs in each office, if we go for strike. please take some action in this matter and help us , sir
what about cadre review in fod ,it seems it will not come till we retire.it is learnt that for some query ,the file is sent back.inform latest position
I am performing the duties as UDC in CG depttt. Work alloted - All wages bill, contingent bill, LTC bill, Leave encashment bill, GPF Bill, Budget preparetion R.E/FRE, audit objection & also performing the duties of Cashier handling more than Rs. 3.5 core per year banking transaction & related work etc. Grade pay 2400/- our peon working whashing cup , plate Grade pay also 2400/- ! Where is justice? All present authority is blind!
Very much disappointed with the postpone of the date till 21st August, This is an important issue for UDC and LDC staffs unless something concrete is not done they will keep it delaying. I suggest for an indefinite nation wide strike, it is too late now and they are further delaying the issue.
Dear Sir, Why don't your propose to give DA ON HRA just like DA ON TA. As every employee is facing problem in getting accommodation of lower price. even 20% and 30% are very lower rates.
I think government think that Rental value of a house does not increase with the inflation.
sir it must be changed as other ESIC have no any LDC post and with same qualification in Para Miliatry frorce with GP 2400 and 2800 Thank a lot for efforts.
Sir, Waiting for 'Achhe Din' to Come for us.... We the LDC/UDC of A & N Islands are always with you for any thing... Strong and hard measures have to be taken in this regard... Grade pay of LDC should be 2400/- atleast...

ReplyDeleteEnough is enough....why not take strong measures? our soft approaches will take us to nowhere. Lets go for strike, that is the option left now.
