UPGRADATION OF GRADE PAY OF LDC & UDC-YET ANOTHER CASE IS FILED.
     
Dear friends,

      All India Association of Clerical Employees of Ordinance Factories, HVF Branch Chennai has filed a case in CAT Chennai vide OA No. 1534/2013 on  LDC/UDC case. This will essentially strengthen the fight for the upgradation of grade pay of LDC/UDC further.

    It is a good news to know that unity of clerical cadre is vastly strengthen throughout the India. It is a time the Government to come forward to settle the anomaly of Clerical Cadres without waiting of direction of the Court. Best wishes for All India Association of Clerical Employees of Ordinance Factories, HVP Branch, Chennai to achieve their goal.

    In a latest development, CAT Principal Bench Delhi has held that its earlier Order dated 26.11.201 for Financial Upgradation (MACP) in Promotional Hirarchy (which has been upheld by Hon’ble Supreme Court) has to be implemented with in a month.

    Hon’ble Supreme Court has dismissed the Petition(s) for Special leave to Appeal (Civil) (CC 7467/2013) filed by the Government, and upheld the judgement passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP No. 19387/19.10.2011 and Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No.904/2012 dated 26.11.2012 and Hon’ble CAT, Chandigarh Bench, in OA No.1038/CH/2010 dated 31.05.2011

      An appeal has been filed by union Govt. of India and is pending before the Hon'ble
      Supreme Court in this matter. 16-4-2014 is the hearing date.

    Lets fight unitedly, let the case be filed in Jabalpur or Chennai, regarding upgradation of GP of LDC/UDCs wef. 1.1.2006, But, the positive result on this issue, should effect all the LDC /UDCs (civilian posts) in the various departments , who are holding the GP of LDC -1900/2000 , UDC - 2400. Thank u sir , we are with u.

    Dear Sir,
    We the UDCs and LDCs at MSME DI, Hubli thank your efforts for the welfare of LDCs and UDCs. We have a suggestion that, consent of all the LDCs and UDCs could be obtained and if need be nominal contributions also be collected to proceed with the case positively.
