With the observations of Judiciary at highest level, now the Government has no other option except to modify the provisions of MACP gracefully-Raghavaiah, JCM Member NFIR
Sri. Raghavaiah ji kindly take-up this matter with DOPT & other highest level immediately. The LDC/UDC are eagerly waiting for the same. The confederation of Central Govt. Employee has taken the decision in favour of LDC Gr. Pay 2,400/- and UDC Gr. Pay 2,800/- but not seen that the same has not been pursuing with the DOPT. Kindly initiate action in these cases
we have already write to the P.M. if the P.M. doing nothing than we have to vote against present govt. tab govt ko ldc udc ka pata chalega. ldc ko 1900 ka grade pay or udc ko 2400 ka. or 8th pass peon ko 1800 ka.
Sri. Raghavaiah ji it is my humble request that kindly takeup this matter with PM and Sonia Gandhi and explain the situation to them the necessity of LDC/UDC's in govt. offices. After this judgement all the LDC/UDC's are representing to their Ministry's for granting the Gr. Pay as per the promotional Hyrarchi. Even the many state Govt. are given the higher Gr. Pay to their LDC/UDC's. This matter may also be intimated to the PM and Sonia Gandhi that the comments of LDC/UDC's in the websites like not to vote the present Govt. and to Congress for Loksabha election in 2014.
